Swedish Massage:

Using a light to firm pressure, this session is aimed to relax the body while improving circulation and helping the body to rid itself of toxins.

Deep Tissue Massage:

An intense massage session lending special attention to areas of chronic tension to relieve pain and trigger points ("knots") in the affected muscles.

Neuromuscular Massage:
A very specific session focusing on one or two areas of the body to relieve chronic tension and trigger points as well as structurally realign the body. An excellent treatment to help injured muscles to heal properly.

Pregnancy Massage:
A treat for the mom-to-be to help her relax and get rid of excess stress while relieving the strain on overstretched muscles and ligaments.

Canine Companion Massage:

Your furry family member will reap the same benefits as you from their very own massage. Massage for dogs is more than just petting. It helps animals heal after surgery, can make older dogs with musculoskeletal problems more comfortable, and helps rescue dogs with socialization. With this massage package you can treat yourself and your canine friend with a 50 minute massage for you and 10-15 minutes of massage for them.

Chair/Event Massage:
Increase the productivity and morale of your employees or give your party guests something special by treating them to a 10-20 minute chair massage. Massages are performed on a specially designed massage chair while the recipient is fully clothed. Can also be adapted for massage table if so desired. CALL FOR SPECIAL PRICING!





SPA SERVICES

Salt Glow:
Mineral-rich sea salt is gently scrubbed across the body to remove dead skin cells and impurities, improve circulation, and leave your skin radiant and silky smooth. Great to add on before a massage or body treatment to promote a deeper relaxation and to further your body's ability to detoxify and soak up healing elements from the products used during treatment. Choose your own scent!
1 hour treatment: $70

Ginger-Wasabi Wrap:
This treatment begins with a stimulating dry body brush to exfoliate the skin followed by an anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, ginger-wasabi gel gently massaged into the skin. Then a moisture rich, calming rice puddy is applied to soothe the skin and aid absorption while the body is wrapped in layers of warmth. The product is then removed with warm damp towels. This treatment is perfect for arthritis sufferers or those with muscle spasms.
Includes a face and scalp massage.
1 hour treatment: $110

Herbal Wrap:
This treatment begins with a stimulating dry body brush for exfoliation. Then the body is wrapped in warm, herb-soaked linens to produce a relaxing effect on the body as well as reducing the appearance of cellulite. Includes a relaxing scalp and foot massage.
1 hour treatment: $110

Enlightenment:
Enjoy an exfoliating salt glow, a relaxing  herbal wrap, and a 1 hour very light feather-stroke massage using powder instead of oil or lotion. Relax the body and enlighten the mind!
